We begin with water.
A space for education, simple living,
and returning to the foundations of health.
Hey, I am glad you are here.
My name is Leah.
With my family, I am rooted in Tacoma, Washington, where I am continually cultivating a life centered around stewardship, simplicity, nourishment, and intentional living.
My personal walk with Jesus Christ guides the way I see the body, the earth, and the responsibility we have to care for what has been entrusted to us. I am currently in a season of learning what it means to live a peaceful and deeply intentional life rooted in The Messiah, through personal presence, and purposeful stewardship of the body, mind, and environment.
My daily role as a mother, sustainable water educator, and massage therapist practicing since 2007 have shaped the way I understand health, body connection, and the human experience. My current practice is centered around supporting mothers, women, and families of faith who desire to return to simplicity of their health.
By reconnecting them with the foundations of their body, the water they consume, and the daily choices that shape the way they live. My clients are already embodying the effects of feeling regulated, hydrated, and deeply held.
Water and Christ connects us all.
We have transformed our small parcel of land into an edible food forest, growing organic food, sharing with neighbors, and learning from others who cultivate their own gardens and raise urban chickens. Yes, you may call us urban farmers. We homeschool our son, while prioritizing movement, nourishment, simplicity, and a lower noise environment that supports clarity and well-being.
Through the years of working with the human body, I have noticed the signs and sensations of dehydrated tissues, and I have heard of countless stories from clients that point toward a deeper need for hydration and foundational cellular support.
I have observed that many health struggles are not the result from a lack of effort; but a lack of connection to the foundational elements that nourish and support life itself.
Water is one of the most basic essential inputs that we use daily, yet it is often one of the most overlooked.
When we begin to understand where our water comes from, how it is treated, and how it interacts with the body, we can then create space for greater awareness and more intentional choices. Sacred Waters Ecosystem was created to guide mothers, women, and families to explore their relationship with water, and inviting them to return to origin. By listening to their body's natural signals, and simplifying the way they approach daily wellness.
It begins with a simple question: "What are we welcoming into our bodies each and everyday?"
My role is to be a bridge, connecting my people with a global community of life-minded individuals who share a deep desire for greater health. There are many pathways and solutions available, and every person's journey is unique. My intention is to support you in discovering what aligns with your values, needs, and season of life.
Sacred Waters Ecosystem is a space for moms, women, and families who seek a more regulated nervous system, intentional living, and a return to simplicity. Here, abundance is not defined as accumulation, but by expansion; more clarity, more presence, deeper connection, and more freedom.
I believe that less is more. By choosing fewer, higher quality products that are thoughtfully selected, sustainable, and designed long term to support a more intentional way of living. Purposefully.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to connect and begin your journey here.
Welcome into Sacred Waters Ecosystem!
